Laurentic Lunch

On Friday the 27th of January, we presented projects we had been working on since near the start of TY and performed our dance drama for people travelling from various places for the Laurentic Centenary. People travelled from places like Wicklow and even Canada. We then headed to the Guildhall in Derry where over two hundred people were seated, including the mayor of Derry, to eat lunch and re-create a photo from 100 years ago in which survivors were fed in the Guildhall. It was an amazing experience to be a part of such a massive thing in Irish history.
